A Guide to Getting Around Miami

You won't have any trouble getting around Miami from our boutique hotel just a few blocks from the world-famous Bal Harbour Shops.

Getting to and from the airport
Uber and Lyft are an easy way to get around Miami, and you can take them right from Miami International Airport (MIA) and Florida-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) to our front door. you can also just catch taxis outside the lower arrival levels in both airports. From MIA taxis charge a flat rate, while taxicabs from FLL turn on the meter to calculate your fare. 

Strolling Around Bay Harbor
Once you are settled into your chic hotel room, you just need to toss on your coolest pair of shoes or sunny sandals and head out to discover the best of Bay Harbor. This fun neighborhood is a joy to explore on foot with intoxicating nightlife, dining and shopping just minutes away. Take a romantic stroll on the beach or just wander the neighborhood block by block to see what you find. Best of all, Bal Harbour Shops are just a short walk away!

Getting Around Miami by Taxi, Public Transport or Pedicab
Our concierge desk will be glad to call you a taxi at any time. Get dressed up for a night on the town, then come down to the lobby where we will have a car waiting for you. Using public transportation is also easy from our Bay Harbor hotel. You can use the modern bus system to go right to the heart of South Beach. Tourists ride these buses all the time, and the new fleets earn a thumbs up from visitors and locals alike. Another alternative? Hop in a pedicab and have a friendly local pedal you right to your destination.

Using UberBoat
During big events and festivals like Art Basel Miami, you can even get around the city by boat! UberBoat lets you beat the traffic as you cruise along the harbor with the Miami skyline as your backdrop.
