  • Where can I park in the Art Deco District?

    The wildly attractive and busy South Beach historic Art Deco district can get quite packed in the daytime and at night. There is metered parking all throughout Miami Beach that is first come, first, serve. However, there are plenty of public parking lots and garages around the Art Deco district. Some nearby lots include Park @ 420, Lincoln Place Garage, Municipal Garage G4, and Pennsylvania Avenue Garage with prices ranging from $1/hour to $10/hour. If you are a guest of The Landon, we suggest to valet park your car for $18/day and Uber down to Sobe. 
  • Are there places to eat in the Art Deco District?

    When visiting the historic Art Deco District in South Beach, dine at some of Miami Beach’s famed restaurants on Ocean Drive. Start the day at Cafe Nikki, Front Porch Café, or the Local House, and then wander into the 24-hour News Cafe any time of day. South Beach dinner spots include Prime 112, LT Steak and Seafood, Gianni’s at the Villa.
